Information we collect

• Account details you provide (organization name, admin username, email, password).
• Mailbox and usage data needed to run the service (e.g. account counts, plan limits).
• Support messages you send us.
• Technical logs (access, errors) used to operate and secure the platform.

Email content is processed to deliver the mail service. We do not sell your mailbox content.

How we use information

• To provide email hosting, webmail, and organization administration.
• To bill and confirm paid plans when you upgrade.
• To respond to support requests and improve reliability.
• To meet legal or security obligations when required.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may use infrastructure and payment partners solely to operate the service. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service and users from abuse.

Retention & security

We keep account data while your organization is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, disputes, or legal needs. We apply standard security practices for a hosted mail service; no method is perfectly secure.

Your choices

Organization admins can manage users and request plan changes. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of account data, email support@fayvad.com.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
