How does the free trial work?
Register for a trial with up to 5 accounts on a shared Fayvad trial domain, or choose Start paid to pay first, then connect your own domain.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes on paid plans. You’ll add MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC at your registrar; we verify DNS then activate mail. Read the practical walkthrough in our business email guide for Kenya.
How much does it cost?

Do you accept M-Pesa?
Yes. Open Upgrade plan in the organization admin, then pay with M-Pesa STK or bank transfer. After confirmation we unlock activation. Questions? support.
Can I use Outlook or a phone mail app?
