Agreement

By creating an organization or using Fayvad Mail, you agree to these terms. The service is provided by Fayvad Digital. Questions: support@fayvad.com.

The service

Fayvad Mail provides business email hosting, webmail, and organization administration subject to your plan’s account and storage limits. Features may change as we improve the product; we will not silently remove paid entitlements without notice where practical.

Trials and paid plans

Free trials may use a shared domain and limited accounts. Paid plans are billed yearly in Kenyan shillings as listed on the pricing page unless we agree otherwise in writing. Payment is arranged with you (including M-Pesa or bank transfer). Non-payment may result in suspension after notice.

Your responsibilities

• Keep admin credentials secure and manage your users responsibly.
• Use the service lawfully — no spam, malware, phishing, or abuse of third parties.
• Maintain accurate organization and contact details for billing and support.
• Configure DNS correctly when using a custom domain (we provide guidance).

Acceptable use

We may suspend or terminate accounts that send bulk unsolicited mail, host illegal content, attempt to break into systems, or harm other users of the platform.

Availability

We aim for reliable service and will work issues during business hours. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime; maintenance and outages can occur.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Fayvad Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost business or data) arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for a claim related to the service is limited to fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after the updated date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
